Yes, you read that right.
I’m one of the most prolific real estate investors in the country and, now, I’m taking the time to step back and really understand what got me here. It’s one part self-reflection and one part a deep desire to share the wealth—literally. Now that I achieved my goals and then some, I’m laser-focused on chapter two: teaching up-and-coming real estate investors how to turn a spark of an idea into something truly life-changing. Something that changed my life and, with a little work and a lot of focus—can change yours, too.
And that starts right here. With my income statements.
Why income statements? It’s simple. If we’re going to do this together you need to know that I’m the real deal—that I am who I say I am, and that I’m generating the kind of consistent wealth I’m driving you towards. So many of the so-called real estate “gurus” won’t, because they don’t.
I’ve spent the last decade not just learning the ins and outs of this incredible industry but, also, studying up on many of these gurus. And one thing I’m not impressed with? Their level of transparency—or should I say lack thereof. How can YOU believe that they’re the real deal if they haven’t shown you? How can you follow their advice if it’s unproven—beyond them telling you it works, of course?
That’s where these income statements come in. I just want to get it all out of the way. Now YOU can see I am who I say I am and I’m generating serious wealth by leveraging these methods. I believe dishonesty trickles down—and I believe that’s what’s inherently wrong with all those “get rich quick” schemes you see floating around the internet. But I also believe integrity and positive momentum trickles down—and that starts by being honest, forthcoming and totally transparent in your business dealings. That’s how I live and that’s how I conduct my business. And, if you’re just starting out, that’s who you want showing you the way to a five, six or seven figure income.
As you’ll see from these statements, I’m flipping about 40-50 deals per month, making hundreds of thousands of dollars in the process each month. But I wasn’t always this successful. About 10 years ago I was exactly where you are—searching for something more and not knowing how I was going to get there. Then I discovered real estate investing and, eventually, perfected the methods I outline in my programs.
